Booking and Payment

To book a tour, you must provide accurate information and complete the booking process including the booking information section provided at checkout.

Payments can be made through our authorized payment channels.

Prices are subject to change, but we will honor the price at the time of your booking.

Tour Information

We strive to provide accurate tour information, but sometimes factors beyond our control may require adjustments to the itinerary. For example, weather, mechanical failures, wrath of a dinosaur.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tour Participation

You must follow our tour guidelines and adhere to local laws and regulations during the tour.

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. However, we will provide all necessary training and equipment beforehand, to ensure a safe and fun experience.

Any conduct that disrupts the tour or endangers others may result in your removal from the tour without a refund.

Cancellations

If your ship cancels its call to for any reason, your full refund will be promptly processed (please allow 3-5 business days for you account to be credited).

If we cancel your Fun Tour or Real Adventure for any reason and you do not accept a tour alternative of equal or greater value, you will be refunded in full.

If you cancel your Fun Tour or Real Adventure more than 24 hours prior to your tour date, you will be refunded in full.

We cannot refund for cancellations made after 5PM EST the day prior to your tour.

Please note that for group bookings, we will provide policies that apply specifically to groups.

Liability

We are not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or losses during the tour.

Please secure your personal belongings, as we are not liable for any loss or damage.

Feedback and Complaints

We value your feedback and encourage you to provide comments, suggestions, or complaints after your tour.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and promotional materials is our intellectual property. You may not use it without our permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. It's your responsibility to check for updates.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
